Hi everyone,

I'm working on dye sensitised solar cells, I used Mr Prassas recipe for preparing a TiO2 thin film as a buffer layer for my working electrode. I wanted to measure the resistance of the film ( its a 1micron thick film on ITO glass) on impedence study the film is showing very high resistance, can someone suggest a method to reduce the resistance of the film. ( I ensure crystalinity of the film by baking at 450deg for 30 min! )

Thank you,
Lekha

If the TiO2 thin film is only the buffer layer,I don't think its resistance will effect the working electrode.
And what is the high resistance you measured?
