Hi...I would like to ask a question..

Which one between ITO & FTO that has better stability in high alkaline solution condition ? if anyone also have others properties comparison between ITO vs FTO, also highly welcomed..

by the way i am trying to use those TCO as a substrate for solar cell. But my experimental condition involves high alkaline solution condition (pH=12.5).

Thank you very much...

FTO is better for the high alkaline solution condition.Because there is tin dioxide in the FTO.
And FTO is better to use as a substrate for solar cell.
