Hi Everybody,
I'm new here with a new questionSmile:

How to disperse TiO2 nanoparticles (or nanoparticles in general) for less agglomeration for electron microscopy (EM) study?
I noticed that many suggested certain surfactants or chelating reagents. However, do they interfere with EM visualization?

Have a great day!

Thanks, Hanhan

Just disperes your particles in ethanol and ultrasonicate it as long as possible. And then take a drop of the dispersed solution onto a TEM grid (TEM) or Si wafer (SEM) for the observation.
