Heey

Does anyone know how to make a silica loaded silicone?
Is that just mixing every (wichever) silicone with SiO2?

I heard that Dr. P. Yang from UC-berkley has made vertically aligned silicon nanowires and then oxidate the outlayer of the silicon into silica. You may check his papers for details.
